Our project managers, all qualified to PRINCE 2 standards will liaise with our account managers and customers at the design and quotation stage. They will serve as the single point of contact on a project.
They take ownership of the project from the account manager, briefing the installations team and programmers, managing the installation each step of the way. Their constant involvement ensures the quality of implementation and service received is to the highest of standards, delivering projects on time and within budget at every time.
We appreciate that sometimes goal posts change. This could be rooms not being ready of time, equipment failing on arrival, however their swift action, planning and risk management mitigates against any major problems arising. They communicate every step of the way to ensure that there are no surprises at the end of the installation.
Our project managers are highly skilled and trained. They have worked in all types of installations and have extensive knowledge of all areas of AV. They go above and beyond to deliver every time.
