When This Is Interiors was appointed to redesign the 8,800 sq ft fourth floor at Aldermanbury House, the vision was to create a sophisticated, future-focused workplace that balanced professionalism, wellbeing and flexibility. The scheme introduced a variety of work settings, including open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, cellular offices, phone booths and dedicated wellbeing spaces, all carefully designed to support different styles of working throughout the day. A refined material palette layered lighting scheme and thoughtful spatial planning combined to create an environment that feels both professional and welcoming.

Delivered by Ultimate Commercial Interiors, the refurbishment brought together workplace design, fit-out and technology to create a seamless employee experience. Appointed by Ultimate Commercial Interiors, Universal AV was responsible for the meeting room technology throughout the space, ensuring every room supported modern collaboration while remaining sympathetic to the wider design vision.

Working closely with the project team, Universal AV delivered intuitive AV solutions that enable seamless presentations, content sharing and hybrid meetings, helping users connect and collaborate with confidence.
