We are Universal AV

We are an award-winning audio-visual integration specialist, with over 30 years’ experience consulting, designing and integrating innovative AV solutions.

We believe technology should enhance the spaces it sits within, not be added as an afterthought. That’s why we work closely with our clients from the earliest stages of a project, bringing together people, technology and the environment to create spaces that work beautifully and perform reliably.

Work Spaces

The modern workplace needs to do more than look good. It needs to help people communicate, collaborate and connect, wherever they are.

We design AV into workspaces from the ground up, creating meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration spaces and hybrid environments where technology works seamlessly with the way people work. From clear audio and video to intuitive control, every element is considered as part of the wider space.

Education Spaces

Education spaces need to support more than instruction. They need to encourage engagement, collaboration and connection, whether everyone is in the room or learning remotely.

We integrate AV into educational environments from the outset, creating spaces where every voice can be heard, every face can be seen and technology supports the way people teach and learn. From classrooms and lecture theatres to hybrid and distance learning environments, we create reliable, flexible spaces designed around the needs of educators and learners.

“Through the rationalisation and replacement (where necessary) of the Allendale Village Hall Audio/Visual system by Universal Group Ltd there has been a great improvement in the quality and clarity of production in all aspects. Equally important has been the new simplicity of operation which, coupled with an easy to understand manual, has resulted in all the varied users optimising their input and improving their sessions. Our thanks to Duncan Cave and the rest of the…”

“To be able to host meetings in which we can clearly hear what is being said by all, and be confident those on the other end of the video call are not having their hearing assaulted whenever anyone moves is fantastic. Not only do the panels look visually striking and provide some colour to the room, they also deaden the sound from the outside of the room ensuring any conversations held are done so in…”
