From initial enquiry Universal will work in partnership with you to guide you through the process.  We will offer you the benefit of our vast knowledge and experience to help ensure you decide upon the solution that will best suit your venue and AV requirements.  A needs assessment, system design, full product specification and subsequent product demonstration will be carried out by your Universal account manager, and they will be available throughout the installation process for any queries you may have.
